The Customer Support & Public Information Office (RTI) ensures transparency, accessibility, and efficient communication between NACSC and its stakeholders.

The Customer Support division provides assistance to institutions, students, and the public regarding accreditation processes, membership inquiries, and institutional support.

The Public Information Office (RTI) upholds NACSC’s commitment to transparency by handling information requests, disclosures, and public engagement in compliance with regulatory requirements.
